Kolber began her career in New York City as a CBS Sports video coordinator. She took home an Sports Emmy while working at WTVJ-TV, Miami. In addition, she worked at WPLG-TV Miami and WPEC-TV West Palm Beach in Florida. She was selected to be an anchor for ESPN2 in 1993 after it first launched. After three years with the network, she left ESPN2 for Fox Sports. Her return with ESPN in 1999. She's now the host for Monday Night Countdown.
